The Footwear Import and Customs center is powered by FDRA – the Footwear Industry’s Business and Trade Association.  This site is a one-stop shop for footwear customs managers and professionals – containing every form, document and vast amounts of information needed to comply with import laws all in one place.  FDRA considers this a total resource center for footwear importers because users can:

  • Use FDRA’s digital footwear classification import form (IFI) allowing you to input vital classification information, save and/or print the document for ease of use.
  • Request a footwear classification from FDRA through a new dynamic form that can also be saved into your library for future sample references.
  • Maintain a personalized internal library of customs rulings, CROSS links of note, duty classification reviews from FDRA, and memos and documents so all your documents are housed in one secure location for ease of access and reference.
  • Use a total resource center that houses all key customs definitions, rulings, label requirements, compliance requirements, global customs information, information on FTAs and duty reduction tools, as well as FDRA’s customs memos and documents on issues like Note 5 and other key issues.

This site is free for FDRA members.  Non-Members may purchase a software license for access.  For information on rates, or to see a preview of all the site provides, please contact FDRA’s Andy Polk at [email protected]
